Pros

Their hiring process is fast.

Cons

You can only get 4-5 leave credits per year. They'll give you 200pesos thinking it's nice as a birthday present or their Godly for that 200 pesos. Y@w@! Their benefits suck compared to their competitors. RUN! They don't care if you don't get lunch break as well. You are required to work 8 hrs shift with only 2 sets of 15 mins break. Their CEO thinks she is amazing and all that but she is an exploiter and can't be trusted. Their team says they have training and all but training was only copy and paste from other sources. INFRINGEMENT!

Pros

This company offers more than just job experience — it provides real opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. In my role, I’ve been encouraged to take on challenges that helped me build valuable skills, boost my confidence, and develop leadership qualities. The environment fosters continuous learning, and there’s strong support from management and peers who genuinely want to see you succeed

Cons

This may not be the right environment for someone who isn't open to growth or feedback. The company values initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. If you're not someone who embraces personal and professional development, the fast-paced and evolving nature of the work could feel overwhelming.
