Pros

-You are surrounded by a team of Marketing Professionals who only want the best for the company, as well as you. There's never a day where I feel 'alone' in my work, even on the days we're working remotely. -If you work hard for the company, the company will work hard for you in return. -You are treated like an adult and they understand boundaries. This might sound comical, but in the past, I've worked places that treated employees like children - which is absolutely not the case here. -Flexible schedules. While you are still expected to work a full 40 hour work week (sometimes more), your schedule is still very flexible so that you can still lead a live you love. -Always bettering yourself! You really will have the opportunity to learn something new everyday, whether it be something marketing/ads related, or just a bit of knowledge that you didn't have before. We have such a versatile team that you will never go bored. And they even offer tons of volunteer events that you can take part in throughout the year.

Cons

The only con that I could possible think of, is that our team is kind of spread out across the U.S. While this is definitely an amazing thing, I just wish that I would get to see /meet everyone on a more regular basis. However, it is pretty neat being able to say that you have a coworker (or friend) out in St. Louis, or Florida, or South Carolina, etc.

Pros

My review does NOT reflect the previous CEO listed (Ben Kniffen) as he is no longer with the company. Prior to acquisition by Solidyfy back in early 2025, it was a great job with the best coworkers. I really felt like they cared about me as an employee and as a person.

Cons

After the acquisition, the vibe and culture of this place completely changed. It was not the same company anymore, and not in a good way. I was let go due to budget cuts and I wasn't the first, and wasn't the last. It's disappointing - and the new CEO in charge seemed to not care one bit. Basically cut an entire department/drove people away.
