Pros

I've been working at LinkedSelling for over 3 years now and there are a lot of benefits that come with working here. Currently, we're in a stage of growth which is great to be a part of. As a smaller marketing agency management really takes the feedback of employees into consideration when making decisions and it's nice working in a collaborative atmosphere knowing your opinions are valued. - Great office atmosphere (casual attire, we play video games at lunch sometimes! and get catered lunches every other Wed which I love since it brings the office together to eat) - Flexible schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days allowed to work from home) - Good benefit options & 401k matching - Even though lateral advancement isn't always quick they provide many opportunities for raises based off performance

Cons

There are definitely stressful times in this position and even just working in a smaller company that is working towards the next step of growth. A core value of LinkedSelling is being adaptable and that is very much true since we're learning as we grow which comes with its own frustrations. This position is not for everyone there is a lot of problem-solving and creative work that goes into it along with organization and being able to read data but there could be a better training structure and consistency of CM work so there's less trial and error when new hires come on.

Pros

My review does NOT reflect the previous CEO listed (Ben Kniffen) as he is no longer with the company. Prior to acquisition by Solidyfy back in early 2025, it was a great job with the best coworkers. I really felt like they cared about me as an employee and as a person.

Cons

After the acquisition, the vibe and culture of this place completely changed. It was not the same company anymore, and not in a good way. I was let go due to budget cuts and I wasn't the first, and wasn't the last. It's disappointing - and the new CEO in charge seemed to not care one bit. Basically cut an entire department/drove people away.
