Pros

Linkfluence is a great company if you want to get a feet in the fast growing data intelligence industry. You can learn a lot by yourself and depending on your department and manager you can have a real good experience especially within international teams.

Cons

The culture of the company is leaded by few people based in Paris at the HQ that were there since the beginning of the company . Very tech and french mind-set.. not open-minded and international enough. Practices and behavior within the company are sometimes not ethically correct. These few people have superior rights and ego, for them you are just crap that they needed to hire because they can't do everything by themselves, so they will not bother to get you feel well in ‘their’ company, impulse team spirit and share knowledge. As a result there is no real open and international innovation spirit, clear strategy followed on market trends and client needs as everything needs to fit to their narrow vision. So, if you are planning to work there, just rely on your other colleagues which are the ones that you will truly learned from. Also, be aware that HR processes are a mess : when you ask something you barely have an answer, you can wait for your contract and updated versions for months, expect to have issues with your administrative paperwork, you will not know why your bonus and sales commissions were not fully paid, and when big decisions are made in the organization HR is not in the loop. Annual reviews are quite political. You will not evolve based on your professional skills, what matters is not your work or if you are appreciated by other people and departments, it's just if you are friend with the right guy.

Pros

I recently joined the Linkfluence team as part of their expanding Customer Success team in the US. While some of the internal processes are still being sorted out, it has been a very exciting experience to be a part of. The teams are very fun to work with, and everyone supports each other to their fullest ability. The software is also very intriguing and fun to work with.

Cons

^As stated above, some internal processes are still being sorted out. ^The time difference between the US office and Paris office can make communications between global teams a little tricky.

Pros

People here are passionate, they are always here to help, there is a truly positive and helpful work environment. Management values work-life balance and job satisfaction. Plus, working on what happens on the social Web is a lot of fun.

Cons

The industry changes fast, so working here requires constant adaptation and a desire to bring vision and value. It is also still a relatively "siloed" organization that needs to learn to communicate better.
