1) Management team is torture for everyone 2) No paid leaves 3) No allocated yearly national holidays 4) No salary hike 5) 7 months bond 6) Keep original documents for security purpose 7) salary deduction of half day if employee come late by 5 mins 8) Policy is generated on-time which is depend on mood of management team 9) No snacks 10) Monday to Saturday working (9hrs) 11) For internship they ask Rs 10,000 to candidates. 12) During notice period they do not provide salary 13) After leaving job, employee has to wait for 2 months for experience letter, releliving letter, submitted original documents and remaining salary. 14) No on-time salary, always delay of 15 to 1 month 15) Usually employee here end up working for free. 16) They do not have PF and PT deduction. 17) They do not provide proper salary slip.

NO PROS AT ALL .nothing good

FRAUD AND FAKE COMPANY WHICH EXPOLIT EMPLOYERS AND CLIENTS. THEY DONT GIVE SALARY TO EMP. THEY DEDUCT SALARY BY SAYING PROJECT IS NOT DONE AND ALL THAT REASON. Fake management promises , totally unprofessional people, they dont have facility for IOS android app and Java developer. still they waste time of other . they dont care about employee. career opportunities 0, they pay half salary . they sign for 7month bond so that employeers wont go but he or she need to remain because of bond.
