Great company to work for - Service Delivery Manager Linten Employee Review

Excellent company to work for and its a different place than when I first started with them back in Nov 2017. The company has grown in staffing numbers from 6 to 13 at this time! All members of staff are dedicated to their roles and put customer excellence at the heart of what they do. It was a challenging start when first joined due to the nature of IT and the people working in the industry but this was soon overcome as we shaped the culture to embrace different types of personalities including mine as I came from a fast-paced business. As a company with big growth ambitions, we have all worked hard to ensure we keep the drive without losing the fun element and culture. I have really enjoyed seeing the changes as we grow and see myself here for many years to come. All staff has great health benefits and the directors always look to ensure we are all happy with our workloads and we have the work/life balance right! the office we all work from is smart and well maintained which drives high-level performance.

If I was to say anything negative it would only be that there is no office dog and parking in MCR is so expensive.

With the growth rate of Linten there are some real career opportunities and occasion to learn new things every single day. It's great to see all staff developing - especially two apprentices that came to us as 'wet behind the ears' and are now amazing IT Engineers in their own right. So there's plenty of staff development! The SLT at Linten are great - they can be really flexible with teleworking/days off etc. and still have a really personable approach to all things they do - they're not 'distant directors' The culture behind Linten is like being at a second home - everybody genuinely cares about each other. On the whole the compensation and package is great - a great healthcare plan that really supports the staff and wellbeing.

I have to dig deep for any negatives about Linten. If I have to come up with one it would be at times the workload can be huge - but that only attests how great Linten's growth is.
