      Pros

      Nice product in terms of the cognitive screening tasks

      Cons

      Weird C-suite. CEO is pretty much in laws with the investor which is why they got funding in the first place but haven’t raised series C. Teams don’t align. Company not doing well and product isn’t hitting the market and selling as they anticipated, and it hasn’t for years. Mostly sales people and very few with actual clinical experience in the company in general, yet they try to sell to clinicians

      Pros

      - Onboarding process for a new employee has been outstanding. I've never felt more prepared, but not overwhelmed when starting a new role. - Everyone has been so welcoming and easy to work with. - Great benefits & work/life balance.

      Nothing so far. Everything has been great.

      I had amazing co-workers while I was there

      1. Shady ethics: claiming domain expertise with no experts in said domain 2. Misleading leadership: classic “we need you”, “we are doing better than ever”, “investors are happy” messaging only to lay off 20% of the company after acquiring multiple companies and squandering their products 3. Strange religion: several members of the leadership as well as the board belong to some sort of church that has cult like vibes with money, nepotism, and secrets
