      > Great place to learn > Solid Development opps (3 Roles in 5 years for me) > Proven Business Systems (DBS) > Well Rewarded (Provided you deliver) > Support and Coaching from All management I've directly reported into has been superb. > Support from HR is at hand when required > During Covid Pandemic, the business was extremely flexible with regards to child care and other commitments, certainly put the well being & Safety of the team first.

      Cons

      > We run lean which can be a challenge at times > DHR business not for everyone (although high performers will fly)

      Pros

      The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Cons

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
