- People in managing roles do not know how to manage people, apart from pushing folks for completing work as per a deadline - Product vision very unclear. It's a free app for past 2 years, with no real transparency of how this will become a real business. - Founders do not seem passionate about being hands-on - No real work/life balance culture in place
