      Pros

      Good coworkers, decent pay, good place to start a career in process operation without degree or experience.

      Cons

      Super multitasking to the point that it is unsafe. Layed off 30 people right when they took over the company, they have the " run it until it breaks mentality" , two faced managment.

      Pros

      Small, close knit employee group, good people to work with. President of the company is on site. Recently bought another rubber manufacturing facility. They are undergoing a lot of change for now.

      Cons

      Plant manager & Production manager at Geismar plant. Everything will be done the way it's always been done, scary times for Port Neches group. It will calm down.
