      - The group IT director has a positive working attitude - He is a good motivator and also a guy with a wide knowledge in the field - Good work culture and friendly environment to work in - Chances for promotion is higher and the company believe in staff development

      - Located in the heart of KL. Traffic issue.

      - can go back on time, good if you have a family - less stress - exposure to different parts of the business

      Cons

      - very traditional, expect paperworks and signatories - not that willing to accept or improvise the current workflow - some departments are not very welcoming towards younger new joining staffs
