they pay and you get to work from home but SEE BELOW.
Cons
Horrible communication, dishonest management, lack of support. Working from home means that tech support for the crappy old laptop they will give you is non-existent, and they will expect you to be available whenever they need you. "Training," if you are lucky, will consist of some presentations that somebody recorded on Lync.
