Pros

Great people, very decent pay for Polish standards, benefits are nice; overall, had a good impression of Polish site as a whole

Cons

Bad managment (American higher-ups, not the on-site ones). An example: said higher-ups decided to resign from a kind of digital resources subscription for our site. Every attempt to let them know that it will bring production to a halt, buying all necessary resources will take some time and much more money than subscription worth proved unsuccessful. The day before the subscription was to be cancelled, someone, in an act of desperation, sent an e-mail to a finance department to get approximate cost of all resources necessary to properly perform work for our biggest client. The answer was that it was almost equal to the cost of 3-year subscription (including access to all available resources, not only those for the client). Just to give you an idea: my small team was dealing with around 160 clients in total, and we weren’t the only production team here… The person that asked the finances about the costs sent the response he got to all the higher-ups and only then they agreed to talk about the subscription. How are they supposed to properly manage the production or the corporation itself if they have no idea how exactly is it functioning?

Pros

Supportive Leadership: The management team is approachable and genuinely invested in employee success, providing guidance and mentorship to help you reach your full potential. Career Development: There are numerous opportunities for professional growth, including training programs, workshops, and access to industry conferences, ensuring you continually advance your skills. If your current position is not working out for you there may be opportunities to join a different team and expand your skill set. Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options and remote work opportunities allow for a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. Recognition and Rewards: Employees are regularly acknowledged for their hard work and achievements, both through formal recognition programs and informal appreciation. Even if it is just a call out on a team meeting, it shows your hard work is not going unnoticed.

Cons

Rapid Changes: The company's dynamic nature means frequent shifts in priorities or objectives, which may be challenging for those who prefer stability. Resource Constraints: Occasionally, there might be limited resources which can impact the ability to execute projects efficiently. Communication Gaps: In a large organization, there can be occasional breakdowns in communication between departments, leading to misunderstandings or delays. Onboarding Process: The initial onboarding process might benefit from more structure or support to help new employees acclimate quickly.

Pros

No pros, there is literally nothing I can say about them that is good.

Cons

No team, everyone is individual. No culture.
