Pros

-Work from home -Great staff that actually cares about the clients -Always looking for ways to improve -Asks for feedback from other employees -Organized -Gives you all the tools you need to succeed in the workplace -Patient while you are training -Understanding with having unexpected events arise -Accredited program -When you are set to work you work and when you are off you are actually off unlike other admissions positions -They have a resource specialist dedicated to helping people with low or no income find programs

Cons

Not sure if these are actually cons, but this is where I have had the hardest time adjusting. -Not able to work in typical office setting and meet other employees face to face -Must manage time wisely -Must be goal-oriented person -Even though you work from home you have to have child care-Having a child around while making calls is very difficult and the clients need your full attention. -Lots of calls for admissions (although this is also a pro since more calls = more admits)

Thank you for the feedback. We're always looking for ways to keep employees engaged when working from home. In addition to our weekly video meetings our Admissions team does quarterly in-person meetings and team building events. In the future we'll be trying out a national all-employee event for fun and team building.
