Pros

An incredibly responsive IT department gives you quick and effective access to the tools you'll need to excel in your workspace. The building is a comfortable space to be in in a physical sense, and all of the employees here seem more or less satisfied with their jobs here. Further, the company is experiencing growth in a number of departments, which means that there is always "extra credit" to accomplish if you want to stand out and climb the ladder, so-to-speak.

Cons

The employee parking in the back of the building is a 5-10 minute walk from the doors depending on how much you hustle, so you have to make sure you keep that in mind when planning an arrival time. Some of the bigger players are real "old Hollywood" types and can be abrasive.

Pros

The motion picture department I worked with was great. Very helpful and professional. I learned a lot.

Cons

The HR department is so petty. The SR Manager of Talent Acquisition, in particular, is so immature. Resentful of those who don't work in HR. The HR department in total is toxic and bitter, and resentful of those who don't have to work in HR because we took the initiative to develop our skills outside of working in HR.
