Pros
Great pay and professional and knowledgeable coworkers. Room to grow, though most promotions recently came from outside the company. Very competent and caring middle management with great knowledge base.
Cons
Very little job security. Safety had been declining ever since separating from DuPont. Very little training. One needs to come on board an expert. Lots of short term profit based decisions hurting long term potential and knowledge. Sold old functional head quarters in Worthington to relocate company to Richmond for a fancy glass office. Laid off hundreds of years of combined experience to save a few dollars.
