Pros
The creatve team are angels. Not only are they extremely talented and professional but the way they put up with the daily verbal beatings just so they can create work they are passionate about for clients they are loyal too is just admirable, albeit sad too.
Cons
One word. Toxic.
The' management' (if you can call it that which i certainly wouldn't) is nothing more than vile and i don't use that word lightly. IN all my years producing for an array of interesting and challenging 'bosses', i have never ever experience or witnessed that which i d
did here. No one is aloud to comment, disagree, give an opinion, in short, no one is allowed to talk! Seriously, there were many occasions where the words 'don't talk, just listen, i do the talking and when i talk and have made up my mind with.
what i'm saying so just do it' were said, not just to me but to all of us. Interestingly enough she treated those that weren't creatives in a much worse manner than those that were. However they didn't escape her savage tongue. Every morning in a production meeting we would physically cringe at the way she berated and belittled adults. Even her business partner wasn't exempt from the savage tongue. In fact he was treated no more than a naughty child on occassions and it was embarrassing to see. My biggest regret is that I had to walk away from some truly lovely people and leave them to continue to be treated in a totally unacceptable, in humane way.
