Pros

There are no pros at all unfortunately. The attrition is very high for such a small business.

Cons

The worst place to work at. The leadership is narcissistic (CEO and Chief in Marketing). They wear a 'mask' to cover their true identity. Once you start at this company you notice glimpses of the 'Mask' slipping off. No people skills whatsoever, empathy or compassion for others. If they do not like you they will get rid of you or use HR to do their dirty work. They are late for every single thing that pertains to people and have no respect for people's time except for their own. There are no Values! They pay people less than their worth. If you receive an offer from Liquid Thought think twice before accepting. In addition there is no work life balance unless they like you. The structure layout is confusing and they thrive on drama and chaos (lots of narcissistic traits) Leadership should not be placed in the same sentence as this business. They use employees for financial and reputational gain so that they 'look' good but beneath it all are fake and backstabbing so called leaders.
