Cons
Management staff cares very little for their subordinates. After several months i realized that they do not really care about how their employees are feeling. There is not even a basic way to provide management or collegue feedback. Seems like managers go to work to do the basic aspects of their jobs on the technical side and nothing more - like listening to staff concerns for example. If an employee is having trouble or something is bothering them there is no one to talk to, and if you try to talk to anyone, nothing will be done regarding concerns. No one-on-one meetings, they expect you to do your job and keep a low profile so they are not bothered with personal concerns, thats the feeling I got, and later paid for.
