You can work from home. Well... occasionally as some managers tend to criticize people who do so. There's nothing else good in there. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND DON'T GO WORK IN THERE. EVEN IF YOU REALLY NEED A JOB!

Everything is bad! The culture stinks, people who have been there for a million years think they own the company and it doesn't matter how bad they are at their jobs - they will stay with their narrow minded attitude which is really really stinky! As someone else said, the top management (Or the million VP's they have in there. Never seen so many....) is an old's (very old) boys club. You won't make a change, you won't bring them to the millennial world, you won't add anything and if you try to change anything they will eat you alive. Run! Run away from this company! You better off on benefits. Also, they are going to say that the reviews here are due to the changes they are making in the company - THAT'S NOT TRUE! This is a truly horrible place to work at.
