Pros
Some smart and fun people work there. Decent building.
Cons
- Be wary of current employee reviews. The CEO's wife works in the marketing department and assigns people to write them. - There was a lot of casual sexism, ablism, and racism. This includes the use of slurs and offensive nicknames. (Older reviews point this out.) There was also a lot of swearing in meetings and on the work floor and all the complaints about it were mocked by leadership. - It was a chaotic environment. Priorities were constantly changing last minute from management. - There were no development options like classes or even managers with skill sets to mentor and cross-train properly. - Sales only shared business wins, so there was no sense of whether or not business was doing well or struggling. - Products launched without enough testing and some are developed by external vendors. It was never explained to the development team and no idea if it was communicated to clients. - People got let go without explanation or they just disappeared like the President of the company. Smearing past employees was pretty common too. Especially by management. - Health insurance plans were picked out by a finance team, so they are expensive and not great if you have a dependent. - They work with far-right politicians like Bruce Rauner and Todd Rokita and have no transparency about why.
