Pros
Liquidware is a fantastic place to work. Management is a team that really seems to care about the person inside and outside of the office. For a person that is a true self-starter and doesn't want or need a lot of self guidance, this is a dream job. There is not a lot of oversight The product is exactly as advertised, and the engineers, development and support are all standout teams. It does require a lot of hard work, and sales specifically demands a varied set of skills. But it presents a fantastic opportunity to anyone that wants to work hard and be part of a team. Management does a great job of recognizing outstanding players and effort. On the flipside, perhaps a very poor job of rectifying those holding the company back.
Cons
It's a small company, so there's not a lot of upward mobility. There does seem to be an inner circle element of friends that are protected and an unwillingness to part with those that everyone recognizes as a bad fit
