Pros

Working here provides the opportunity to be part of a company that is truly invested in innovation, technology, and staying on the cutting edge of the industry. There is a strong commitment to evolving solutions and continuously improving outcomes, which makes the work feel meaningful and forward-thinking. One of the most rewarding aspects is the ability to be part of something larger than yourself, your efforts genuinely have an impact, and you can clearly see the needle move from the work you put in.

Cons

One potential challenge is that the company moves quickly and is constantly evolving, which requires adaptability and the ability to manage changing priorities. For many, though, this also creates opportunities for growth, learning, and having a direct impact on the business.

Pros

Great people and a meaningful mission. You get the opportunity to work on complex problems with major healthcare organizations and can make a real impact on the direction of the company. Strong culture of ownership and a lot of opportunity for people who want to grow and take initiative.

Cons

The work requires strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex customer environments.

Pros

I am not sure there are really any Pro's

Cons

There is a huge conflict of interest with Management. The left hand has no clue what the right had is doing. The two managers take their approach from AI rather than real life experiences. If you work here, you will not know who your manager is. You will report to both Managers. Endless worthless Team meetings. They also track every email you send and listen to every call you make. The president of the company talks about this being a relationship process, but the two managers do not know how to build relationships. They just want to push the agenda they have.
