Pros

Ability to travel and work with name brands in healthcare. There are a handful of great people who work here.

Cons

The only reason I am spending time to write this review is to caution anyone considering working at this organization. The organization lacks a strategic vision and is being outperformed by its competitors. The internal response to this issue has consistently been that clients that leave LiquiTech’s products/services for higher performing and lower cost substitutes, are idiots and ill informed. Not that the clients’ feedback on room for improvement is valid. Leadership fosters a toxic environment and will talk poorly of employees behind their backs. Speaking up to your manager or human resources goes no where. If anything speaking up to human resources is more harmful because any feedback that goes against how the owner wants to run the company is wrong. The company is a revolving door, due to people being fired for no valid reasons other than them being disliked by leadership. If you disagree with leadership’s direction for a valid reason, you will be considered the issue. Unless there are radical changes in leadership this company will continue to be an absolute disaster.

Pros

Great people and a meaningful mission. You get the opportunity to work on complex problems with major healthcare organizations and can make a real impact on the direction of the company. Strong culture of ownership and a lot of opportunity for people who want to grow and take initiative.

Cons

The work requires strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex customer environments.

Pros

Working here provides the opportunity to be part of a company that is truly invested in innovation, technology, and staying on the cutting edge of the industry. There is a strong commitment to evolving solutions and continuously improving outcomes, which makes the work feel meaningful and forward-thinking. One of the most rewarding aspects is the ability to be part of something larger than yourself, your efforts genuinely have an impact, and you can clearly see the needle move from the work you put in.

Cons

One potential challenge is that the company moves quickly and is constantly evolving, which requires adaptability and the ability to manage changing priorities. For many, though, this also creates opportunities for growth, learning, and having a direct impact on the business.
