Pros

- Unlimited PTO ( except management will require staff to work extra hours to prepare for it so it’s basically a wash). - Pizza/taco parties rather than pay raises - Lax in-office dress code.

Cons

- Core values are performative; as are management’s requests for feedback. Both are used as weapons against staff and as a litmus test for those employees getting ready to leave. - Company culture is relentlessly pushed on employees, with empty corporate talk about how much they care without the action to back those claims up. - Zero work life balance. Endless work demands with no reprieve. - No job security due to multiple firings and layoffs. - Indecisive and chaotic leadership leading to poor job security and inefficient messaging. - Lack of transparency and actions with so-called “anonymous” employee surveys when results are poor. - Expectation to go “above and beyond” with no additional motivation or compensation. - Managerial and C Suite downfalls are always blamed on staff. They will never change how things are done, despite appearing to want feedback. - Pointless mandatory quarterly planning events.

Pros

- Unlimited paid time off & flexibility with hybrid schedule - No micromanaging - Health spending account that can be used on wellness (fitness classes & gear, doggy daycare, ski passes, sleep essentials, etc.) - Overall positive and optimistic culture - Team members work hard and are always willing to help. Very friendly employees.

Cons

Some teams are able to use the unlimited PTO more than others, depending on role responsibilities. Career progression is encouraged and supported but sometimes takes too long because it's a small company/ turnover is relatively low.
