Apart from this i dont see any pros for this company.
Cons
No training
No promotions (except at top management level)
No increments (No one was paid increments for the past 2 years. But all heads and some managers got good increments)
No bonus
Management expects employees to work hard without any monetary expectations
Company provides free lunch which is aweful. (The company provides lunch as it is mandatory to provide lunch as per Companies Act)
Too much politics in management.
Too many incapable people in management (including the current Managing Director Ashok Mishra)
Heads and managers have got good increments even when at the time of business slack.
People in top managment are using company resources for their personal gains
