Hiring was slow which meant people could be spread thin at times.

When I made a major life decision that many employers would frown upon or sweep under the rug, I was treated with nothing but dignity and the utmost respect, and support. Empathy is a core value at LiteGear, and they practice what they preach. Yes, hours can be long, but it's worth it to be actively engaged in and shaping the future of a company with so much potential. Even those lowest on the totem pole are taken seriously, and if they have a bright idea, it's listened to. The leadership team is committed to creating the best company for employees, and the best products for customers. It’s a winning combination. The type of person that will succeed here are hardworking entrepreneurial employees, who take pride in their work.

None - between flexibility and passion, you’ll be hard pressed to find a problem with this place.
