Pros

The only good thing was the remote working but that will be changing soon, you will need to go to the office at least 3days a week

Cons

Overworked and not well compensated for your work and effort. Management is not great either.

The individuals who have been brought together by this company

Cons

Where do I start? Toxic work environment which everything you do will be controlled, watched and scrutinized. They will lay you off without warning, put you on a pip yet very little training. The company gets scrutinized by its product & support. Unrealistic quotas and toxic management coming from the top down. No job security.
