Corporate treats low-level employees terrible.
Management has no idea how their employees jobs are done, yet is willing to talk crap to others about their own employees.
Corporate makes it clear that corporate employees are replaceable and that they believe anyone can do the ungodly monotonous jobs they create. Expectation is that each employee will do the work of 2-4 employees. Corporate employees are monitored constantly and expected to perform at 150% all day every day.
Corporate employees are Not part of the dealership. Corporate employees are not eligible for bonuses, lunches, dinners, overtime or any perk that might ease the pain of being a peasant. Dealership employees regularly receive bonuses, lunches, dinners, overtime, corporate employees do not.
Racism and mysoginy are rampant.
