Pros
The environment in office is great. The leadership gives you the flexibility to really run with ideas, as they have an entropuneral spirit. It has been a while since I've enjoyed going to work every single day, but I truly do now. Those who are self driven and hard workers will do just fine here. Everything in automotive moves quick, so be ready to go with your hair on fire.
Cons
With the dealerships running the show on most decisions it makes structure at support services to be a challenge. Although I understand the GM's need to have the power to run their own business... I also believe they should understand it has to fit within guidelines. Compensation I have found to be really low, but I would rather work somewhere I love than get paid a bunch.
