Pros
Provide health and retirement benefits along with paid vacation and sick time. You also get employee discounts on vehicles. If you like a lot of regulation and rules then this is a great company.
Cons
Typical corporate issues. There are a lot of rules for everything. The pay contracts get manipulated. May sign a specific pay contract but you can't be confident it will not change. They often rework the contracts and are good at making then sound better on your benefit but often are not. Employees can feel like a number instead of an individual to management.
