Pros
Plenty of up to date technology and training. You can see the intent to build a strong team clearly. And it’s working....I’m seeing things come together!
Cons
The hours can be rough. Plus, when you put enough passionate, knowledgeable people together for a whole lot of hours things are going to happen. Some of the unfortunate things blow up into bigger problems than they ever should have been.
