Pros
They are for the most part friendly. They seem to have a good idea for how things should run although most of the staff in Medford has zero dealership experience. Benefits are better with lower co pay and cost.
Cons
The execution is terrible, they have fallen short on every promise. They cause more problems by "helping". There was no Holiday bonus for even though we were promised nothing would change until January specifically our holiday bonus's. GM's and controllers can't even give bonuses to employees who deserve it. They are a mess and can't handle the volume they are purchasing. It will eventually crumble at this rate and for that reason many of the new employees they aquired are not participating in purchasing their stock
