Company cares more about shareholder value than preventing harassment - Technician Lithia & Driveway Employee Review

I reported multiple instances of harassment and racial descrimination to management and HR who did NOTHING about it. Instead It escalated to the point where I was assaulted with a car. When I reported it to management and HR they tried to sweep it under the rug and never filed an injury report.
