Pros
Never bored. For the most part, the Sales Managers and the GSM's are awesome. Sales team is pretty terrific too.
Cons
GM are working every angle to make or save a buck, including pulling lot attendants for "special projects" outside of dealership lot inventory. Onus is on the Lot Manager to get things done. Advise job seekers to practice up on negotiation skills before interviews.
