Pros
There are some good people that work for this organization. The company has deep pockets and therefore ability to do a lot when it wants to.
Cons
Basically they offer terrible health coverage. The regional managers don't care about anybody at all, they will smile and tell you one thing then go and make changes that are the complete opposite. This is the car business so I expect that sort of behavior at small dealers but a large public company? Totally unacceptable.
