Horrible company, poor management - Office Personnel Lithia & Driveway Employee Review

Management does not care about the office staff, only the sales staff since they bring the money in. Horrible place to work if you have a family and can't work hours over with only 20 minutes notice. The benefits aren't as good as comparably sized companies. They do not value quality employees and in turn have a very high turnover rate.
