Pros
Great health and retirement benefits. This position was in the service ( not sales) department and it was a family type of environment, mostly due to the Service Manager. Low stress job, perfect for a retired person looking for additional income and a way to keep busy. Very social job.
Cons
Pay wasn't great but better than minimum wage. Benefits do not include sick, vacation or holiday pay.
