Lithe offers benefits. Many of my co-workers were great to work. They made the day tolerable.
Cons
The only thing that was consistent about the training was it was hard to get and of poor quality when you were "trained." Unprofessional atmosphere in the office. Unpleasant working environment, behind the shiny showroom is a filthy office with worn out and uncomfortable desks and furniture. Management was inconsistent with their behavior and attitudes toward the non-management office staff. You never knew what attitude you would encounter from one day to the next. If you enjoy being verbally abused whenever they need to vent, this is the job for you. Your position will also be on the low end of the pay scale compared to similar positions at other companies. Look for local employee reviews before accepting a position.
