Pros
Working for a Fortune 200 company certainly doesn't hurt your resume. At one time, it combined audacious and creative thinking to grow into a superpower. Some of these people still work there and they are the bright spots.
Cons
Unfortunately, in recent years, it brought on some bureaucrats that prioritized infrastructure and a mindset of "manage and protect" rather than "aggressively pursue". Your experience can depend entirely on the department you work for. Certain c-level execs do not allow VPs or Directors autonomy to run their teams or departments.
