Constant layoffs - Analyst Lithia & Driveway Employee Review

They are quick to restructure costing people jobs, they did it several time while I was there and even acquired new companies and as soon as the contract for the new employees expire they would let them go. They finally decided to eliminate quite a few remote positions and kept newer less experienced in office staff.
