Pros
Benefits weren’t bad, salary was alright but if they called the position what it was (controller) they’d have definitely had to pay more.
Cons
Lithia is a publicly held corporation and you really felt it in all aspects of the job. Everything was about cutting costs to please the shareholders. Everything. They haven’t been allowed to give raises and have been actively seeking out and making as many cuts to expenses (especially personnel) as they possibly can. Stores are working with the bare minimum. Everyone is exhausted. It’s not sustainable.
