Is this your company?

Generally ok place to work, but don't expect to make much money or have adequate healthcare. - Anonymous employee Lithionics Battery Employee Review

Pros

Talented engineering team. Hourly employees are great to work with. Laid back atmosphere, usually. Free coffee.

Cons

Human resources is inept and relies on threats and manipulation to resolve issues. Benefits are minimal. Healthcare plan is essentially useless. Compensation is all promises and no delivery. Paid time off is negligible. Rampant with nepotism.

Pros

Great atmosphere, interesting products, and understanding. Would go back if they allowed me

Cons

Did my 3 month review put goals in place and after my Supervisor got changed. Did my year review never got a raise on my pay because supposedly there was no goals in place when I did them with previous Supervisor. I handled pretty much all receiving and inventory in my area along with assembling pretty much all the office furniture and battery lifts that came in last year.

Pros

The work is technical and rewarding. Its fun to work with leading edge innovation.

Cons

Company promises a lot with bonuses and promotions but does not deliver. Very little sick time/vacation time is available. Various department managers and even HR have used manipulation and lies to get what they want. Retaliation seems part of the work culture. If SOPs are not in favor of employees that certain managers like they will turn a blind eye. Various departments will try to lie about what they say or do until you can prove otherwise with camera or eyewitness evidence. Saving emails or company handbooks that state current policy wont help if it doesn't benefit them in the moment. They will say it was an oversight. The "Leaders" of this company have had multiple instances of screaming and yelling at others at the top of their lungs. I've witnessed "leaders" slam on tables or even hurl objects in rage.
