Excellent group. Great people, awesome equipment, Les Davis, the owner is awesome and really cares about his people and his company.

Typical sales people that over promise and push the staff to meet crazy deadlines.

Lithex gives lots of opportunity to work, and you will almost never be short on hours. My position ran on a 4/10 work week, but they will usually have opportunities for overtime.

Early start, and 10 hour days. It's extremely tedious and repetitive. There is very little opportunity to engage with coworkers, due to the loud machinery. Bare minimum wage, hard work, long hours.
