Lititz Mutual is flexible & understanding. I am a full time employee as well as a full time student & they have always been willing to work with my schedule. The environment is mostly relaxed. As long as you are doing your job & getting your work done, your supervisor will leave you be.
Cons
There isn't much room for growth unless you are family to the current owners. Also, the procedures and what is expected of you is not outlined anywhere. The fact that you are expected to wear business professional attire everyday when you have no contact with the public seems somewhat over done.
