Many senior employees, who have been with the company for several years, tend to run things like their own space, often misusing their influence. There’s a clear pattern of favoritism — individuals from the same college or personal networks are given preference in recognition and opportunities. If you are skilled and capable, instead of being appreciated, you might find yourself isolated or targeted. Managers often rely on a few people for every decision and credit, while the actual team’s contribution is ignored. Growth and learning opportunities are limited unless you’re part of a specific circle. There are talented people and good projects here, but the lack of transparency, merit-based recognition, and inclusive culture make it difficult for others to thrive.
