Training available if desired, great raises, awesome people, profit share, leading the competition, exciting job.
Cons
Must work OT every week, mandatory for management. Top management not having understanding what happens in the plant. Quick to hire slow to fire. To much responsibility on supervisors and mangers need more positions to level out the work load.
