Pros
Friendly environment- lovely group of therapists!, Accommodating to days off and medical needs, HR and Supervisors listen to you and brainstorm with you, Questions are answered by the appropriate department, Explanations and assistance are given rather than assumed.
Cons
None at the present time
Pros
I guess flexibility. There weren’t many complaints when I changed my hours which was frequently as a parent to accommodate my kids.
Cons
The administrative staff is rude and bully like. They will hound you at all hours of the day/ week ( holidays, vacations, sick days, days off, etc) for paperwork. The scheduling team will avoid handling anything for you at all costs, which is comical because scheduling is their JOB. They are also not pleasant people to deal with. You will work on holidays and school breaks ( insurance and early intervention). The pay is low and you will not get a raise, unless you ask for it, and they make it super uncomfortable. You will spend hours doing paperwork at home because they will pack your schedule out with kids. You will not get paid for meetings. We never got the healthcare provider bonus from the government , that the employer was to distribute to us over the past couple year. Which leads me to believe the company kept the funds for themselves, given that companies were given the money by the government to distribute to qualifying employees. When asked about it, the employer played dumb for a bit and then stated I didn’t meet the qualifications. But I did so. Very icky.
