Pros

They are flexible with scheduling and accommodate any needs. They use AI to communicate, so no matter what you say, they will be polite to you.

Cons

Communication is difficult. There is a huge language barrier. Administration has no idea what is actually going on at the store, but will tell you how to do your job. They run the business just as they would run a business in Syria. The people at the top stay at the top and the people at the bottom stay at the bottom.

Pros

Easy job its simple because there is only like 6 major tasks, making pizza, manning the oven, making bread, making dough, cleaning pans and dishes, and cleaning the store. My first job and I was there for 4 years

Cons

My location was unbelievably busy. Felt over worked and underpaid. It took 6 months for them to run my raise through after I would press my manager every day and he would press who ever to get it for me. Ontop of the they got a new system, which is fine, but with how busy it is we need extra people by oven and pizza making line. Just a mess and more stress inducing. Couldn't take it anymore.
