When I started, things were good. The work was easy, the hours were ok, and the people were nice.
Cons
I've been working at Little Caesar's for over a year, and I'm still only making $7.35 an hour. Despite being one of the fastest, everyone there treats me like I just started yesterday in terms of experience and quality. Management doesn't care about their employees, which may seem obvious to some, but was something I didn't expect. My manager has fussed over, and sometimes outright ignored my availability, and he does this with everyone. You are not allowed to call in due to weather. You're not allowed to call in period unless you are dying, and you better have a doctors note when you come back, or you will get written up and your hours will be cut to three per week. They don't promote you based on performance. They promote you based on how much you brown nose. I am quitting.
